Are you looking for a varied job in a future-orientated company? As a Warranty Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for warranty checks, technical order processing and support the commissioning of our compressors. Become part of our team and shape the future together with us.
Your tasks
- Examination and processing of warranty cases
- Processing of service orders through to invoice preparation
- Processing customer complaints according to the 8D method
- Support with the commissioning of systems on site
- Planning smaller expansion projects
Your profile
- Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, environmental engineering or comparable qualification
- Independent working style and organisational talent
- Customer-orientation, strong communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of English and confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (preferably abas)
- Class B driving licence
