Organise your working day flexibly! With a fixed core time and variable start and end times, you have the opportunity to find the ideal balance between training, studying and free time.

TEAM
Team spirit takes centre stage with us! Our trainees experience training that goes far beyond their day-to-day work. Whether it's table football during the lunch break, exciting events, football tournaments or company runs - joint activities strengthen team spirit and provide plenty of fun. We create an environment that emphasises teamwork and shared experiences.
SOCIAL
Social commitment is important to us. That's why we offer our trainees the unique opportunity to work on a social project for a fortnight during their training. This experience helps them to gain new perspectives, help disadvantaged people and strengthen their personality. In this way, they actively contribute to a better community and grow beyond themselves in the process.
OUT OF THE BOX
We are convinced that an apprenticeship should teach more than just specialised knowledge. Our trainees are given the opportunity to think outside the box and develop additional skills. Whether trade fair visits with intensive training, exciting factory tours or training courses - we offer a varied programme that optimally prepares our talents for the future.
PRACTICAL
We attach great importance to practical learning. Industrial trainees acquire skills such as grinding, turning and milling. Commercial trainees gain practical experience in areas such as purchasing, sales and human resources. They learn how to prepare quotations and assist in the selection of personnel. In this way, all trainees put their theoretical knowledge directly into practice and further develop their skills.
