What You can expect during your apprenticeship
During Your apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic, You’ll gain exciting insights into various departments at Mehrer and learn, step by step, how our compressors are designed, assembled, tested, and maintained. You’ll rotate through different stations that will give You a comprehensive technical understanding of Your profession:
- Training workshop – Here You’ll lay the groundwork and learn how to safely use tools and machinery
- Assembly – You will assemble individual components into complex systems for Mehrer’s customers
- Service and Installation – As a trainee Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), You will learn how our products are installed and maintained at the customer’s site
- Development and Design – You will gain insights into the technical design of our compressors and learn how new solutions are planned and further developed
Your profile
You have a high secondary school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong performance in mathematics, physics, technology, and German. A solid command of English will further support You during Your apprenticeship. For Your apprenticeship at Mehrer, You also stand out with Your interest in technology, a meticulous and structured approach to work, as well as a high degree of reliability and a willingness to learn. As a prospective Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), You enjoy working in a team, think logically, and interact with others in an open and responsible manner.
