What awaits you on the dual study programme
The dual study programme in General Mechatronics combines computer science, electronics and mechanics
and focusses on the following topics:
- Electrical engineering fundamentals
- Computer science
- Mechatronic systems - modelling and control engineering
- Applied materials technology
- Digital technology
During the first practical phase in the company, you will familiarise yourself with the departments relevant to your studies, such as
- Training workshop
- Production planning and production control
- Quality management
- Development and design
- Electrical engineering, electromechanics and test inventory
From the second semester onwards, you will work on projects and be deployed in the various departments. There you will familiarise yourself with the project-specific content.
Your profile
You have a general or subject-restricted higher education entrance qualification and fulfil the requirements of the Cooperative State University. You perform very well in physics and technology and have a solid knowledge of maths and English. You have a keen interest in programming and electrical engineering and you think logically. You are willing to learn, reliable and work well in a team, and your strong social skills are impressive.
Note: You can also start a dual study programme with a university of applied sciences entrance qualification if you successfully pass the Delta exam.
