What you can expect during your apprenticeship
During your apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, you will gain exciting insights into various specialist areas of the company – not only at Mehrer, but also through close collaboration with Bizerba. You will rotate through all essential departments that provide you with the knowledge and skills you need for your future profession:

  • Training workshop – This is where you build your foundational skills and learn to handle tools and machines safely
  • Mechanical production – Here you will learn how components for our compressors are manufactured and machined with precision
  • Assembly – You assemble individual components into complex systems for Mehrer's customers
  • Electrical engineering & electromechanics – As a future mechatronics technician (m/f/d), you will dive into the world of control technology and electrical systems
  • Service installation – You will learn how our products are installed and maintained at the customer's site

Your profile
You have a secondary school certificate or an equivalent qualification and achieve good grades in mathematics, physics, technical subjects and German. Solid English skills further support you in your training.
For your apprenticeship at Mehrer, you also stand out through your technical interest, a structured way of working, and a high level of reliability and willingness to learn.
As a future mechatronics technician (m/f/d), you enjoy working in a team, think logically, and demonstrate strong social skills in your interactions with others.
