What awaits you in the dual study programme
The dual study programme in Design and Development focuses on the following topics:
- Development and design of products
- Product life cycle
- Costs and requirements in production
- Specific product requirements and product characteristics
During the first practical phase in the company, you will get to know the departments relevant to the programme, such as
- Training workshop
- Development and design
- Project Engineering
- Production
From the second semester onwards, you will work on projects and be deployed in the various departments. There you will familiarise yourself with the project-specific content.
**Your profile
You have a general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification and achieve very good grades in maths, physics and technology. You have a strong technical understanding and spatial awareness. You enjoy learning new things, are reliable, able to work under pressure and work well in a team. You also have good social skills.
Note: You can also start a dual study programme with a university of applied sciences entrance qualification if you successfully pass the Delta exam.
