On 13 December 2019, our trainees provided a heart-warming Christmas surprise. At a time when digital communication often dominates everyday life, they chose a particularly personal and nowadays rare way to express their appreciation: they wrote individual, handwritten letters to their colleagues and trainers to simply say ‘thank you’.

The response to this loving gesture was overwhelming. There were not only smiles and laughter, but also a tear or two. The emotional impact of this small but meaningful surprise shows how valuable personal words are in our hectic world.
