Three young professionals have successfully completed their training at Mehrer: two as industrial mechanics and one as a mechatronics engineer. After several years of training with lots of practical insights and successfully passing their exams, they have reached an important milestone in their professional careers.

The graduates were recently given a personal send-off at the company. Management and trainers praised their achievements over the past years and thanked them for their commitment during their training.

During their training, the three demonstrated what makes a good skilled worker: commitment, willingness to learn and solid technical skills. They took on responsibility, worked in a team and continuously developed their skills.

Successfully completing an apprenticeship is always a shared success – for the graduates, the trainers and the company. Training means taking responsibility for the future and supporting young people on their career path.
