High-temperature electrolyser achieves record efficiency

The world's largest high-temperature electrolyser has achieved record efficiency.
As part of the GrInHy2.0 hydrogen project, our customer has achieved significant technological progress. The Salzgitter steel and technology group is focussing on innovative technologies to reduce CO2 emissions in steel production and is conducting intensive research into green hydrogen. An important milestone has now been reached: the plant produced 200 Nm³ of green hydrogen per hour for the first time.
Our oil-free compressor plays a central role in this success. Thanks to its compact and modular design, it can be easily integrated into any container and can be provided as a plug-and-play solution. This makes a decisive contribution to shaping a green future with lower CO2 emissions.
