At the end of the year, we celebrated our 2025 Christmas party in the assembly hall – where technology is created every day and teamwork is a matter of course. This familiar location provided the perfect setting for us to get together, chat and see out the year together.

Colleagues from all departments met in a relaxed atmosphere. Away from the daily grind, there was space for exchange, personal conversations and shared laughter. A food truck provided culinary accompaniment for the evening and contributed to the open, informal atmosphere.

A special item on the agenda was the honouring of long-standing employees. Their commitment and experience are an important part of our company. This recognition was representative of the consistency and cohesion that characterise Mehrer.

The Christmas party once again highlighted what shapes our working relationships: mutual appreciation, team spirit and the common goal of being successful together. With this joint conclusion, we look forward to 2026 with motivation and confidence.
