On 24 and 25 September 2024, our HR officer Madelaine Dieringer and trainee Felix held the first job application training course at Sichelschule Balingen. Three eighth-grade classes were able to gain valuable insights into the application process and optimally prepare for their own applications.

After a short company presentation by Mehrer, the students went straight into practice: they learnt what really matters when writing a convincing cover letter and a structured CV. In practical exercises, they were able to discover typical mistakes in sample documents and implement suggestions for improvement. This made it clear which details make the difference between a good and an outstanding application. At the end, all participants received a certificate in recognition of their active participation and commitment.
