On Friday, 12 July 2024, our Mehrer team competed in the SÜLZLE Cup for the first time - and immediately achieved outstanding success! As part of the TSG Experience Weekend, the tournament took place in the McArena football hall in Balingen, where a total of 20 company teams played exciting matches.

With a team of football-loving colleagues and a group of enthusiastic fans from the company, we started the tournament full of motivation. Round after round, our team battled their way through the tournament, showing team spirit, commitment and skill - and finally came out on top in a thrilling penalty shoot-out. The well-deserved 1st place went to Mehrer, followed by Uhlsport in 2nd place and the Rau team in 3rd place.

But the SÜLZLE Cup was more than just a competition: under the motto ‘Get together: kick, chat, exert yourself and chill out’, the atmosphere was fantastic throughout. In addition to the sporting highlights, delicious food, refreshing drinks and a round of free beer after the award ceremony ensured a great atmosphere.

It was an unforgettable evening for our team - both on and off the pitch. Events like this not only strengthen team cohesion, but also show how much we can achieve together.
