As Senior Controller / Production Controller (m/f/d), you will take on a key role within Mehrer Holding GmbH. With a strong understanding of figures, processes and business interrelations, you will support the economic management and further development of the Mehrer Group.

In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to management, contribute your own perspectives and create transparency for well-founded business decisions.

Mehrer develops and manufactures industrial compressors for applications in industry, energy and future technologies at its headquarters in Balingen, Germany. This position combines close collaboration with the production environment and strategic influence across the Mehrer Group.

Your Responsibilities as Senior Controller / Production Controller (m/f/d)

Preparation and support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements within a production environment
Responsibility for forecasting, budgeting as well as liquidity and performance analyses
Analysis of KPIs, contribution margins and cost structures on product, project and departmental level
Further development of existing controlling and reporting structures across the Mehrer Group
Supporting management in economic and strategic decision-making processes
Close collaboration with production, purchasing, HR and other departments

Your Profile

Several years of experience in controlling with a strong operational and strategic focus
Ideally, experience working across multiple companies or within group/holding structures
Solid knowledge of cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting and business analysis
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
Structured, analytical and self-reliant working style
Strong understanding of business processes and economic interrelations combined with a confident approach to figures and data
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments
