Triple the power with the MRE 300 diaphragm compressor
Application | Nitrogen Compression
Country | Germany

The ageing system of a thermal spa, which has been in operation since 1999, no longer met today's standards in terms of efficiency and environmental friendliness. As part of the ecological and energy-efficient refurbishment, an innovative nitrogen compressor solution was required to ensure maximum tightness and prevent leaks. To raise operational reliability to a new level, the operator opted for three MRE 300 series diaphragm compressors.
These powerful compressors are designed for redundant operation, ensuring an uninterrupted supply. With a suction pressure of 2.8 bara and a discharge pressure of 11.0 bara, they guarantee the necessary pressure maintenance in the water supply systems that provide mineral water, thermal brine water and sulphate water.
