In modern painting systems, the coating material is applied using painting robots and special atomisers. The precise interaction of compressed air and paint is crucial for a perfect painting result. The manufacturer of the painting systems relies on the single-stage, dry-running TEW 110 compressor for reliable compressed air preparation.
The intake air with an inlet pressure of 7 bara is compressed to 10 bara. The compressor fulfils the high requirements for compressed air quality: it must be free of dust, dirt, silicones and oil as well as dry and condensate-free. In addition, a constant volume of air at a stable pressure must be ensured.
